where the hell???

where have i been?  has the blogging world missed me?  well.  let me explain.

it is the end of the semester.  you know the drill, students go nuts because they have papers to do, tests to study for, and projects to complete.

thank god i am not a student.

but i am the one who gives those assignments.  and has to grade them since i assign them.  so that is part of where i have been. 

the other part is a sexy 8 footer.  oh yeah baby.  you know what i am talking about.  our tree.  8' of rock'on xmas spirit is sitting in our living room and is decked out like no hall.

i still haven't named him, and yes i name our tree every year.  and he is by far the best looking tree we have ever had.  he is gorgeous.  perfect.

the other part of my time was seeing the movie walk the line.  it was very well done.  and well.  thomas does love him some reese witherspoon.  so much so, she is now the wallpaper on my laptop.  how she ends up on my laptop and not his is beyond me.  but oh well.  she's a cutie.
