lame duck

i think i am the only one in the universe who does not know about rejection line.

the genius who thought of this has saved countless people from having to come up with a phone number on the spot.  not to mention the numerous one night stands that could have turned into a relationship had rejection line not been there?  i mean, who really would want that?

rejection line is the backbone of our dating culture.  those scared, defenseless people who cannot come up with the courage to state what they want.  i love it.

although, i really do think the site and the messages are hysterical, i would be sad to know that someone actually uses it.  for kicks and giggles, it is awesome, but in reality, that could hurt someone's feelings... not nice.
