at the doctor's office

today, i had the fun of going to the urgent treatment center since i feel like an exhausted death.

(after having my nasal cavity swabbed for flu, and OW!)

doctor:  i'll go check your flu results, but i am pretty sure it'll be negative and you have walking pneumonia.

me:  great!

doctor:  well, it explains the exhaustion and your chest pain, and your cough.

few minutes pass by.  doctor returns.

doctor:  well, it has never happened before.  i was wrong.  you are positive for the flu.

conclusion.  i do love it when doctor's are thoroughly entertained by their "wrongness".  he still thinks i have walking pneumonia but the xray didn't prove it to his eyes.  so... YEAH for antibiotics.
