i am a dictionary

today in class, the following conversation was had:

student: how do you say "i conquer" in french?

me: je suis d'accord.  (i agree)

student: yeah, i know that, but i mean "conquer".

me: je suis d'accord.  (i agree)

student: more snobbish though.

me: raised eyebrows.  je suis complètement d'accord.  (i completely agree)

other students giggle.  student pulls out dictionary.  scrunches face.  discovers i am right.

student: damn.

me: je suis tout à fait d'accord.  (i completely agree)
